COVID-19 Protocol

When we work with clients we often talk about adjusting to the “new normal”. With the present global situation, we are all having to find ways to do this in so many areas of our lives. For our law practice, we are working diligently to make sure that we are still able to offer you the same support and representation we always have, it may just look a little different. Right now, we are not doing any in person meetings, but we continue to still talk with clients and meet through video and phone conferences. We are doing settlement and mediations through Zoom and continue to find creative ways to address needs. Though the courts are presently closed (but for emergency), we continue to work with clients at all stages of their legal process. As always, we can make progress without court involvement and have modified our practice just to the extent that we are not meeting in person for the time being. This new situation has also raised novel issues with parenting and schedules. We are offering mediation and conflict resolution services to many clients who need assistance in handling their parenting schedule under the present situation.

We are checking emails and phone messages constantly, so please feel free to reach out to us.
